I migrated here from USA in 1975.
I still value my land of birth.
But, I value Aotearoa now as my home.
I value Maori culture and how it has made this place what it is and will always be.
I have gratitude and love and trust that we maintain our unique spirit as individuals, as a population, as a country, always knowing the sacred mana of the land.
